Provided no last minute “extra time” is needed, the actual filming of the CBeebies television programme “The Football Fantastics” will finish on Friday May 9th.

Village groups and organisations that have been able to use the hall in the evenings and at weekends have made many positive comments about the changed internal decoration and current colour scheme. It seems to be well-liked, garnering many favourable comments, with people asking if it could possibly be kept.

The Village Hall Committee are currently talking to Strike, the Production Company, about taking over some unwanted equipment and also discussing what to do about the interior décor. No decision has been taken at the moment.
