Pilates

Weekly Pilates sessions, open to both men and women, are held in the Village Hall run by qualified Pilates teacher, Zoe Chapman

“If you have previously thought about coming to a Pilates class but your lack of flexibility has stopped you, why not come along to a local class at our Village Hall. The class has mixed ability, men and women, who are all very friendly. I feel very fortunate to teach such a lovely group of people.

As a qualified level 3 Pilates instructor, I teach at different levels and give a variety of options so, whatever your level, you will be able to get the most out of the session.

Pilates will correct muscle imbalances, reduce stiffness and back pain, as well as help prevent injuries.

Pilates also helps support other physical activities.  This is echoed by the feedback I get from everyone who comes along regularly.

Please contact me on 07880792618 if you are interested.”

Sessions 5-6pm and 6.15-7.15pm on a Monday evening at the Village Hall.

Cost – 6 week block price £51 or ‘Pay as you go’ £10 per session. Limited spaces available.
