The meeting will be exploratory, explaining what volunteering may involve, looking at the possible structure of any steering groups or sub-groups, as well as providing updates on progress so far. The meetings will also discuss terms of reference and a project plan.

An identical meeting will be held on Friday January 30th at 12 30 p.m. in the Village Hall so that all villagers have the chance to attend. There is no requirement to be present on both dates.
