Easter Celebrations 2025
Sunday 20th April.
As the final hymn at the Easter Sunday service came to an end, the doors of the Methodist Chapel were flung open to allow an encore of the hymn, "Thine be the Glory", to echo across the village, spreading the joy of the occasion.
On what was an excellent morning of rejoicing, a full congregation decorated the Easter cross with flowers, took holy communion, sang classic Easter hymns as well as enjoying hot cross buns after the service while the decorated cross was placed outside the chapel for everyone to enjoy.
