Tomorrow, Tuesday November 26th, is the last day that North Yorkshire Council's garden waste bins will be collected in 2024. Current, annual subscriptions will expire with that collection.

There will be no garden waste collections in December, January or February, so please ensure your garden waste bin (the one with the brown lid) is out and ready to be collected first thing on Tuesday morning.

Garden waste bins will start to be collected again in March and information about the subscription, and what it will cost, will arrive early in the New Year and will automatically be received if you paid for the service this year.

During the three months when there are no garden bin collections, waste may be taken to any of the Council's recycling centres. click
